2928151 - Different email addresses appearing when using Search by Name vs Search by Candidate ID

When we search for candidates using Search by Name, we are seeing a different email address versus when we search with Search by Candidate ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting -> Candidates

2. Enter an internal candidate in Search by Name and see an email address beside their name.

3. Enter the candidate ID and use the Search by Candidate ID and you may see a different email address beside their name.

The logic behind by Search By Name when searching for an internal candidate is that the email address that appears will be from the employee profile.

The logic behind the Search by Candidate ID is that the email address that appears will be from the candidate profile.
