2928287 - OData API for Data Sources not Working: Service Cannot Be Reached

You are trying to use an OData URL for data sources, but any URL results in the following message in the browser:

Service Cannot Be Reached

• SAP CLoud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign

Enter an OData URl for data sources, for example:

https://<your system information>.sapbydesign.com/sap/c4c/odata/analytics/ds/

You will receive the message 'Service Cannot Be Reached'.

The required scoping for the data sources API is currently missing.

In  C4C, the help center article is called 'Extract Data from Data Sources Using OData'.

In ByD, it's 'Retrieving Analytics Data Using OData'.

Please make sure you scope the required question in your implementation project, that the communication arrangement is set up and the data sources exposed.
