How to change the white background panel from the Log in page, candidate profile page and application page of external career site

1. Go to external career site and try to login
2. You can see that there's a white background on the panel of login page"
   
3. Go to Admin center > Manage recruiting Sites > Manage Recruiting Site Themes > then verify that this is not configurable
4. Go to Admin center > "Theme Manager"> then verify that this is also not configurable

Currently, the background panel from the Login page, candidate profile page and application page of external career site has a white default colour and it is not configurable/changeable. Since this is currently a system limitation, we also encourage customers to raise an enhancement request if there's a business need of changing the color of the background panel.

Note: The text in the Login page is black as it's default colour and cannot not be updated or configured using "Manage Recruiting Site Themes"

Note: It is not possible to remove the (blue) gap at the top of the candidate profile sign in page.
