  • On the diagnostics agent SMDAgentApplication.log of the affected system, the following exception can be found:
Initialization of JmxProxy failed.
[EXCEPTION] [JmxServiceImpl2] Error accessing JmxProxy for sid [<SID>]
caused by: Unable to connect to connector server.; nested exception is: Exception during getInitialContext operation. Wrong security principal/credentials.
