2928427 - Fiori WebGUI tile opens in a separate window and cannot be resized using IE 11 Browser

Symptom

  • Fiori WebGUI tile opens in a separate window and cannot be resized after upgrading UI5 patch to 1.60.27 or 1.71.19 or 1.77.2(Cloud)
  • Issue only happens using IE browser and there is no problem for Chrome or Firefox
  • That affects all kind of applications/windows that are opened by the Fiori launchpad.
