You are receiving the automatic standard e-mail notifications for Business Task Management(BTM) activities without additional subscription to the e-mail notification

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Click the Notifications icon.
2. Select any standard notification in the inbox.
3. You will see that option "Subscribe to E-mail" is not selected.
4. Still, the standard BTM notification is sent to your e-mail address.

You have activated the relevant scoping question in the business configuration

1. Go to Work center Business Configuration.
2. Go to the View Overview.
3. Select the Tab View Current Scope.
4. Go to step Questions.
5. Expand Communication and information Exchange.
6. Select Business Process Management.
7. Select Business Task Management.
8. Deactivate the Question "Do you want to notify business users using e-mail without additional subcription about Business Task Management items?"
9. Review and Save
