In PA_STUD_CPNT table origin column we have a values "Programs - Implicit Item" 

Successfactors - Learning.

Currently program is an independent entity (not built over any existing entity). Moving forward it may be associated to other entities which may or may not be native to LMS. For eg. JAM, Survey, Commerce etc.
Therefore we plan to leverage over the existing code we already have for items/components.
Hence, the intent is to associate a implicit item to a program. That item will not be visible to the end user, it is only to be able to re use existing item functionality and support it for programs as well.
