How does the Machine Learning (ML) Score Card Activity Engagement counter work?

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Sales work centre.
- Go to the Opportunities view.
- In the OWL, select an opportunity.
- If a score has already been calculated for your selection via Machine Learning, the Score will show up on the right side.
You want to know, what the counter under the 'Activity Engagement' shows.
Resolution
This section reflects which activities exist in the system relating to the selected opportunity (or other object, this could be a lead, ticket, etc.).
Activity Insight summary is based on follow up activities. Here for all the activities, the start date should be in the future.
Phone calls: Total count of phone calls that have a "Start Date" in the future. Both incoming and outgoing count is considered as part of the count.
Appointments: Total count of appointments that have a "Start date" in the future. All statuses will be considered (Open/In Process/Completed)
Tasks: Total count of tasks that have a "Start date" in the future. Only open and in process tasks are considered.
On one glance you can see if you need to take action or investigate further.
E-Mail Counter (represented by a letter icon):
When you click the letter icon, you can see a counter for both incoming and outgoing e-mails, as well as the date when the last interaction was. The count at the top is the sum of incoming and outgoing e-mails.
Phone Calls Counter (represented by a phone-receiver icon)
When you click the phone icon, you can see a counter for both incoming and outgoing calls, as well as the date when the last interaction was. The count at the top is the sum of incoming and outgoing calls.
Calendar Counter (represented by a calendar icon)
When you click the calendar icon, you can see a counter for Open (if existing) and Completed Visits and Appointments connected with this Opportunity, as well as the date when the last interaction was. The top counter shows the sum of the lot.
Flag Counter (represented by a flag icon)
When you click the flag icon, you can see a counter to how many Phone Calls, Appointments and Tasks related to the selected opportunity are flagged. The top counter is the sum of all flagged activities of type Phone Calls, Appointments and Tasks related to this opportunity. This counter does not refer to whether or not the selected opportunity is flagged.
