Symptom

DTP's in ODP framework with semantic grouping fails with this dump:

Category               Resource bottleneck
Runtime Errors         TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED

 "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED"
"CL_RSBK_DATA_SEGMENT==========CP" bzw. CL_RSBK_DATA_SEGMENT==========CM00B
"INSERT_TABLE"

Besides that, the DTP can presents poor performance instead of failing. Sometimes there's the following error message:

Error in remote call of destination <Source System>; Time Limit Exceeded; RSPC051 

Meanwhile you may find TIME_OUT shortdump in the ODP source system during the similar time period.
