2929110 - Weekly Maintenance and Upgrade Change Schedule in Private System Tenants

Your company is planning cutover activities, end month activities, data loads or any other task which will occur during the CMP (Contractual Maintenance Period) or upgrade phase.

It is only possible to request for CMP freeze or change the upgrade date, if your tenants are placed in private systems. To proceed with such a request, open an incident to component SRD-CC-CI-CCS and inform that you have a private system and need to Freeze the CMP or - in case you want to change an upgrade date -  please provide us a new date in UTC time zone format.

We will forward your request to the Operations Team.

In case your tenants are placed in Multi-Customers systems and you would like to move them to private systems, please contact your account manager, SAP channel partner or SAP contact to discuss this.
