Is there a way to search for all the candidates existing in my instance?

If referring to the Candidate Search itself, there is no guarantee that the search you will perform will return all the candidates on the istance. The first reason for that is because the Search is based on criterias, so you would not be able to do a free search and that would already restrict the search by that criteria.

Another reason is that if you use Candidate Privacy Settings, the candidates can select their visibility in your system when creating their profile, and that would prevent some users from vieweing some candidates on the Candidate Search, and also there is the Data Privacy Statement, which when a candidate have not accepted yet will make that candidate profile not visibile on the search.

The only way for you to have access to the whole list of candidates without criterias in your system would be by and Admin user creating a report for Candidates in Recruiting V2.
