2929195 - Custom theme not applied to applications on Portal site during preview on Theme Designer

Symptom

Styles set on custom themes are not applied to applications inside of the Cloud Portal during the preview of the theme on the UI Theme Designer.

It is also not possible to select elements of the applications using the element selector button of the Expert View of the UI Theme Designer.

This behavior occurs with remote applications on NEO, Cloud Foundry and WorkZone and with local SAPUI5 applications on Cloud Foundry and WorkZone.
