2929879 - "No Data" error in compliance settings - Onboarding 2.0

Symptom

You have done all the settings as described in Configuring Compliance Settings for Onboarding (2.0)

However, when you try to enable the compliance feature in Onboarding 2.0 you got a message saying "No Data". 

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center;
  2. Go to Compliance settings;
  3. You’ll find a message saying “No Data”.

Cause

The FormGroupMetadata object was not created when Onboarding was enabled in provisioning. There is a code issue that is currently affecting customers who have enabled Onboarding 2.0 after the 2005 release, this is already under review by Onboarding engineering.

Resolution

Onboarding engineering team is working on the permanent fix, however there is a workaround for this issue which is manually create the form groups in Manage Data.

Go to Admin center > Manage Data > Create new > Form Group Metadata then Give the following details to create each objects:

  • For AUS SAF Form
    • groupCode: AUS_SAF
    • country: Australia (AUS)
    • groupName: Superannuation Standard choice form
    • groupDesc: Use the form to advise an employer of your choice of super fund. You need to provide the information requested so your employer can make contributions to your nominated super fund.

  • For AUS SAF Form
    • groupCode: AUS_TFN
    • country: Australia (AUS)
    • groupName: Tax file number declaration
    • groupDesc: Use this form to complete a Tax file number declaration, so that the Employer can determine how much tax to withhold from payments made to the Employee.

  • For UK Starter checklist
    • groupCode: UK_STARTER
    • country: United Kingdom (GBR)
    • groupName: New Starter Checklist
    • groupDesc: This Starter Checklist can be used to gather information about your new employee. You can use this information to help fill in your first Full Payment Submission (FPS) for this employee. You need to keep the information recorded on the Starter Checklist record for the current and previous 3 tax years.
