Is the P-User/S-User dedicated for one customer instance or we can use same for multiple clients?

• P-User/S-User id dedicated per customer and you cannot use same for multiple clients. PFS URL is generated based on customer tenant ID,DC and customer ID.
• Same P-User/S-User id cannot be used for same customer instances(Preview and/or Production).It should be different.
• P-User/S-User need to be 1X1, which means for each PFS URL it is necessary 1 P-User/S-User

Can P-User/S-User be changed after generating PFS Url?

• Yes, P-User/S-User id can be changed after updating PFS url but make ensure new P-User/S-User is saved in provisioning-company settings.
• Without doing this step, you may encounter issues with Document Flow getting triggered.
  • NOTE: To do this, make sure to associate this user id to the PFS URL by submitting a request via HXM Cloud Ops Portal under ONB 2.0 Print Form Service Access Request

After the 2H 2023 release, it is recommended that we only user P-User to be associated with any PFS URL. Please avoid using S-User Id.
