2930117 - No Cost Attribution in Manual Invoice Requests

You create a manual invoice request or a follow up invoice, but the price component cost is not added.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Customer Invoicing workcenter.
2. Create a new invoice request.
3. Select relevant master data.
4. Navigate to the Pricing tab.

There is no price component Cost added to the Invoice Request.

• Costs are tracked from sales documents created in Business ByDesign.
• Manual invoice requests have no cost attribution in the invoice.
• Follow up invoices do not take costs, as the cost was tracked in the original invoice.
• Credit memos from the customer return scenario have costs attributed, because the cost reversion happens due to the return, when items are posted back to stock.

This is the expected system behavior.
