2930143 - Database connectivity from Linux to SQL Server timeout

Symptom

When testing connectivity from a Linux OS x86_64 machine to an external SQL Server database, with program RSMSS_ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION, the test just hangs or returns a timeout.

If you cancel the Work Process with core the dev trace shows following message:
