2930143 - Database connectivity from Linux to SQL Server timeout

When testing connectivity from a Linux machine to a remote SQL Server RSMSS_ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION the test hang or gives a timeout.

If you cancel the work process with core the dev trace shows
