2930275 - Price in PR not copying to PO if the PR is created with Self-service requisition apps ( I.e "Create Purchase Requisition")

If a PR is created with Self-service requisition apps ( I.e, "Create Purchase Requisition"), when converting this PR to PO, error below happened:

• Net price must be greater than 0
• Purchase order still contains faulty items

• Sourcing and Procurement
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2002

1. Create PR with Self-service requisition apps ( I.e, "Create Purchase Requisition")

2. Convert PR to PO with Manage Purchase Requisition

3. Error 'Net price must be greater than 0' will happen

In SSP PR while creating PR, no default values are assigned to this field “PO Price Type”.

From Purchaser persona these field can be maintained using Professional PR app, this field is available in UI, while creating the PR manually with this Fiori app this field can be set by the user – App – “Manage Purchase Requisitions – Professional”

In SSP PR, this is currently a gap.

As a work around while creating the PR manually with this Fiori app this field can be set by the user – App – “Manage Purchase Requisitions – Professional”.

As of S/4HANA 2021, users can define a default value for this field in the "Default settings for Users - Requisitions" app.
