Unable to attach 'Form Upload' attachment uploaded on a panel to a Notification

ONBOARDING 1.0

Create a Panel with form upload > define the form code

Create a notification > in the email body > fetch the formcode for e.g ( {ATTACHMENT:form_code_name} )

Send the notification to the candidate and notice that the attachment do not appear

This is expected behavior

Uploaded form on the panel cannot be attached to the notification and sent.

Workaround :

Create a wizard and copy the panel to it as Read Only.
