2930456 - IcrFindTargetSystem: No system found for vhost while opening XS admin url or Web dispatcher admin link.

After addition of new node in HANA Environment, Sometimes While opening HANA XS admin url or Web dispatcher admin link gives below error:-

503 service not available

Below error observed in web dispatcher trace (webdispatcher_<localhost>.3$<SAPSYSTEM>0X_dev_webdisp.trc) kept along with the SYSTEMDB traces :-

IcrFindTargetSystem: No system found for vhost: XXXXXXXXX0X addr: XX.XX.XXX.XXX:XXXX url: /sap/hana/xs/formLogin/login.html
