2930595 - Reference ID Missing For Put Away Task Against Stock Transfer Order

Symptom

You are unable to find any Reference ID for Put Away task against Stock Transfer Order.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Inbound Logistics workcenter.
  2. Go to Task Control view.
  3. Show All Tasks by Selection and find required Put Away Task ID.
  4. Select it and under the Details section navigate to Execution Details.
  5. Here under Column Reference, there is no order ID displayed.

Cause

Currently, the Reference field in the standard Put-Away task shows the ID of the purchase order.

Resolution

As in the stock transfer order, there is no purchase order is involved hence there is no reference ID available.This is an expected system behavior.
