2930610 - After SP upgrade, TinyMCE / RTE editor not showed

Symptom

After upgrade not able to create Mail Forms anymore.

When try to create a Mail Form, the editor is not loaded.

Javascript errors:

- Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404   (BSP Error) current.min.js:1

- GET ..../sap/bc/bsp/sap/wcf_jquery/current.min.js net::ERR_ABORTED bspwdapplication.do... 404 (Business Server Page (BSP) Error)

RTE_MCE: Load jQuery first!

- Uncaugt ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
