Rule Trace Does not Show Accrual Rule After Triggering Automatic Recalculation via Job Info Change
Environment
SAP Successfactors Employee Central : Time off
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a blank rule trace (also tried with defining the accrual rule only).
- Make a job info change for a recalculation relevant field.
- Recalculation is posted to time account as per accrual rule.
- Check rule trace is empty.
Cause
When making a Job Info change that triggers a recalculation, the Job owner is v4admin.
Resolution
Please select the job owner as v4admin and then the accrual rule would be captured in the rule trace.
