2931210 - Advisory Title text for a Link is truncated

When a user hovers over on a link that contains a long description set in the Advisory Title field, the text description mouse-over displayed is truncated (not complete).

Scenario using example of Curriculum Cover Page, but it may be applied in all scenarios where we can edit the link title attribute (Advisory Title of the Link in LMS);

1. Go to the Curriculum/Program Cover Page;
2. Hover your mouse over any hyperlink that contains an Advisory Title already set in the advanced settings;
3. The view of the link title will be shown with a different layout depending of the browser and the text of the link description will be truncated.

The mouse-over/tooltip will display the text of the advisory title link based on the browser configuration. It does not depend on the Learning settings, the data is processed by the browser.

The length limit of the title attribute is not controlled by Learning application, this is controlled by the browser structure related to the HTML title attribute.
As a workaround, we suggest to use a short description of the link's purpose within the Advisory Title of the link.

If a different behavior is required (e.g. implementing a limit of characters for this field in LMS), it will require an Enhancement Request to our Product Management team to request this functionality in the future.
