2931237 - Inactive users are not being removed from Manage Career Site Builder - Recruiting Marketing

The users had access to Manage Career Site Builder in their RBP permissions and were synched to RMK. Once they were revoked this access, the users are still displaying in Manage Career Site Builder Users tab, although are inactive in Command Center and don't have any permissions.

This is a current expected behavior of the system: the users will still be displayed in Users tab in Manage Career Site Builder if they had permission at some point, but they won't be able to access it unless they are given the permission once more.

Currently, this is the expected behavior of the system with this feature: even if you do remove the permission from users to access Manage Career Site Builder, the users are still being kept in CSB Users tab. However, they won't be able to access it, unless you give them the access through RBP once more.

The internal teams are aware of this, and they are working on having this improved for future releases. As soon as we have any news or an estimated date for this to be implemented, we will be providing it to you through this KBA.
