2931312 - Focused Build: Simple IT Request - No long text shown in the request in My Request app

You are using the Simple IT Request functionality of Focused Build. When creating a request from the Service Catalog app you notice that the texts like short text and long text from the request template are not copied.

Then when adding a short text and a long text, the long text is not shown in My Request app, although the long text can be displayed when opening the request in CRM Web UI.
