Symptom

Error "The Analysis Add-In is not registered correctly" occurs when open AO.

Reproducing the Issue

Strat AO.

Cause

Registry is not generated correctly. The name SapExcelAddin under \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins is wrong, it should be SapExcelAddIn.

Resolution

  1. Open Registry Editor.
  2. Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins
  3. Change SapExcelAddin to SapExcelAddIn.
