2931322 - 'The operation cannot be performed on the version ...' in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC)

Server Error occurs when you add member and enter data in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC).

In F12 -> Console, the following error is recorded:

In F12 -> Network, there is a a failed request .....start-public-edit?tenant=2.

1. Open a story.
2. Add member and enter data in one tab.
3. Go to another tab. 
4. Add member and enter data.
5. Press enter.

This issue is a product defect.

This issue is fixed in 2020.18.
