2931487 - Auto-population of Metric Lookup Table Column Values is not Working when Adding a SMART Goal - Goal Management

• When creating a new SMART Goal, auto-population is not working for the Metric Lookup Table column values defined in the <auto-population> rule in the Goal Plan XML template.
• The table column values defined in the auto-population feature are not auto-populating in the "Add More Details" modal window when adding a SMART Goal.
• After the goal is saved, if Edit Goal is selected, the table column values are auto-populated as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. On the Goal Plan, select "Add Goal"

2. Select the Add Goal button, and select Personal Goal

 In the Add Goal modal window, the Metric Lookup Table column values are auto-populated as expected:

3. Select "Goal Wizard"

4. In the Add a SMART Goal modal window, fill out the Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound fields.

5. Click "Add More Details" to edit the rest of the goal plan fields:

In the Add More Details page, the Metric Lookup Table column values are not auto-populating as expected:

6. Save the goal without adding the Metric Lookup Table values.

7. On the Goal Plan, select to Edit the SMART goal:

The Metric Lookup Table fields are now auto-populated as expected:

The Goal Wizard does not support auto-population of fields (other than name, metric, start, due) in the "Add More Details" page.

• The Goal Wizard will not auto-populate any field other than the 4 specific fields that it is designed to: name, metric, start, and due.
• The Goal Wizard is mapped to these 4 fields, which is why you will see the values entered for these 4 fields populated when you select "Add More Details" in the Goal Wizard modal window.
