2931606 - Public Holidays not Shown Correctly in Report Planned Working Times and Absences

You maintained a deviating holiday calendar for some employees, but the public holidays don't show correctly in the time report Planned Working Time and Absences (based on data source HCMRPMU01).

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Click on Employees view
3. Search for the relevant employee
4. Click on Action > Maintain Deviating Holiday Calendar
5. Note: Employee is assigned to deviating holiday calendar.

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Click on Reports view
3. Open Planned Working Times and Absences report
4. Select the relevant company
5. Select relevant key date
6. Filter for the relevant employees
7. Run report
8. Note: Public holidays are not shown correctly in the report.

A possible cause could be that the holiday is invalid. This can be checked as follows: Go to Time Administration work center > Employees view > select an employee > Edit > Time Profile tab > Show Holiday Calendar button. You will see the following error: DD.MM.YYYY is an invalid holiday.

Please perform correction run for all employees with the same error in the Show Holiday Calendar screen.

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Click on Regular tasks view
3. Click on Run Day Closure for One Employee
4. Enter the relevant employee
5. Click on Start time valuation check box
6. Click on Run button
7. Enter employee time profile start date as a valuation start date

After above changes please re-check the Show Holiday Calendar screen and then the report.
