Symptom
You are replicating a Reporting Line Unit and you notice the below error in the replication request :
Assigned manager 12345 from system EC_INTEGRATION_HCM not yet replicated.
**12345 is the Manager Remote Employee ID

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Master Data Replication work center
- Go to Reporting Line Units view under Import
- Check for ID : 12345
- Error : Assigned manager 12345 from system EC_INTEGRATION_HCM not yet replicated.
Cause
In case of EC integration, the Reporting Line Units are outside the normal org structure in a separate RLU structure in which every manager has his own org unit.
In the standard org structure, there shall be no RLUs (if you use a earliest replication data, than as off this date).
For the org units in the standard structure, the managers needs still to be assigned manually. In EC the managers are only people manager, i.e. not cost center, profit center, sales etc. This assignment is still done in the BYD system.
As EC doesn't necessarily send the managers in the correct order, this message may occur or if the manager has an issue or does not met eventual selection criteria used for the replication scenario.
Resolution
Please check if the manager exists as an employee in the system, if yes the next replication run will correct the error (most likely a sequence issue or an error that has been fixed).
If no and you do not find any errors in the replication log, you need to investigate in the EC system.
Note:
In case a Manager has been terminated and hired with new Employe ID and did not replicate in correct Org Unit. There is no way to edit this Org Unit in ByDesign.
You need to check the Org Unit in SuccessFactors for the Reporting Line Unit Manager. Enter this Employee's New ID if it's not already there, as the Org Unit Manager.
Once this has been done, you'll need to Replicate the Reporting Line Unit into ByD in order for the changes to take effect.
