2932003 - FS-BA: Field control is ignored during FT/BT creation

You are about to create a new Business Transaction (BT) or Financial Transaction (FT). You have certain attribute field(s) customized as "Required entry field" in the associated Characteristic Profile. In case you do not make an entry in a required field and click "Save" button, the system saves FT (or BT) successfully and field control is ignored. Instead, you expect a system check on the field values to raise an error message: "Enter a value in field XYZ" - BANK_SGS 302
