Symptom

  • New HADR installation
  • Primary RepAgent couldn't connect to the remote (companion) Repserver with the following msg:
    •   RepAgent(4): Received the following error message from the Replication Server:
        Msg 14029. Replication Agent connection for 'Site_A.db' is not allowed because the stable queue for this source is not active.
