2932240 - 'No results to display' in DRM when using the Country/Region filter

You wish to understand why, when using the Country/Region filter in the Data Replication Monitor, you receive a 'No results to display' message. Results are being displayed if no Country/Region filter is applied

1. Go to Data Replication Monitor
2. Enter a Country/Region filter in the Data Replication Monitor
3. Click on Apply

"Optimized database access for Data Replication Monitor" is activated in Provisioning

Please disable "Optimized database access for Data Replication Monitor" via Provisioning --> Company Settings --> Enable "Optimized database access for Data Replication Monitor"

The ‘Optimized’ version of DRM was a beta feature not supporting the same features as the ‘normal’ DRM and therefore is being discouraged from use

(For an enhanced performance, please use the DRM 2.0 instead)
