2932357 - Calculation of the Machine Learning Opportunity Score

How is the ML Opportunity Score shown in the Insights facet calculated?

• SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to the Sales workcenter.
2. Go to the Opportunities view.
3. Open any Opportunity with a Machine Learning score.
4. Go to the Insights facet.

There seems to be a mismatch in the calculation between the current score of the document and the change to the score since the previous calculation.

The opportunity score is calculated daily.

The history graph displays the data as either a weekly value or a monthly value.

The values from the graphs are calculated as an average of the daily values for the given window.

The start date for the window is the current date.

The current score of the document and the change to the score since the previous calculation are not 'weekly' values, and therefore cannot be compared directly to the weekly average.
