2932810 - RUNT_INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when RODPS_REPL_ODP_FETCH_XML is called by JCO

Symptom

The following exception is thrown out when customer is using JCO to call ODP function module RODPS_REPL_ODP_FETCH_XML:

com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (104) JCO_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE: Internal error: Unexpected status in the ABAP runtime environment.

Meanwhile the runtime error below is generated:
