2932918 - FPM APPLICATION /SCMTMS/SFIR_FCI was started with an invalid or without configuration (APB_FPM_CORE 110)

Symptom

  • SAP Transportation Management - Fiori Launchpad - Edit Carrier Invoice
  • In Fiori Launchpad, when you click Edit Carrier Invoice and enter a carrier invoice, there is an error:

    "FPM APPLICATION /SCMTMS/SFIR_FCI was started with an invalid or without configuration" 
     
  • User checks SAP KBA 2768181 that describes a similar error message, but the associated SAP Note 2682327 is not applicable
