2932981 - Direct Access to Application Profile - Recruiting Management

Recruiting users can now copy and share an Application URL from the Job Application summary screen.

Previously, the Application URL wasn’t available in the Job Application summary screen. Now, you can copy the Application URL.

With this enhancement, you can:

• Generate and send the application profile link by e-mail or chat.

• Access the application profile directly by clicking on this link. You must have the necessary permission though.

• Configure an e-mail token in the e-mail template to include the Application URL. - Validate the Application URL Token

NOTE: This is an universal feature, there is no new configuration required in order to use this feature.

If the user who is trying access the Job Application does not have to it, an appropriate message displaying "You do not have permission to view this page." appears.
