2933008 - Source DB is not displayed during conversion to S/4HANA 1909 and higher

Symptom

You want to convert the ECC system to S/4HANA 1909 or higher and generate the stack xml file in Maintenance Planner, but in phase "Select OS/DB dependent files", the source DB is not displayed. For exmaple,

Target: SAP S/4HANA 1909

If you selecet SAP S/4HANA 1909 as target here, only HANA database(target DB) is displayed.
