2933319 - Valuation Parameters: Change to condition consideration not possible after posting with RERAPP

Symptom

A contract is assigned to a valuation rule for the first time. Then the periodic posting (transaction RERAPP) for the associated conditions is executed. In this process, the cash flow items with a calculation date on or after the first start of consideration were posted.

Afterwards it is not possible anymore to change the consideration of the condition and/or to set or deselect the "Consider condition?" indicator.
