Symptom

Purchase order approval task not visible in Managing my area but it may be visible in Home work center

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Managing my area work center
  2. Go to Approvals View
  3. Search for respective Purchase order

Cause

You don't have relevant Access rights

Resolution

  1. Go to Application user management work center
  2. Go to Business users
  3. Select and click on Edit
  4. Go to Work center view assignment tab
  5. Check mark the View MMA_OPERATIONALPURHASING
  6. Click on Save
