2933485 - How to Scale Solr Instances/Replicas from Solr Dashboard with no Downtime

Symptom

With the objective of improving Solr shard/replication factor configurations as soon as possible, without requiring to completely bring down the collections, one may perform this temporary workaround to easily manage its replicas across the available Solr nodes within the SAP Commerce Cloud cluster.

NOTE: After running below instruction, Replication Factor in Solr collection will be still marked as 1. Any new collection (or recreation of previously removed existing collections), will be created with number of replicas same as it is defined in Backoffice (solr server configuration). This setup will be persistent and operational as long as collection is not removed, full indexer won't override it with value set in Backoffice.
