2934073 - Work Center Not Displayed in Manage Work Center Capacity App

Symptom

A work center is not displayed in the Manage Work Center Capacity app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Work Center Capacity app.
  2. Fill the search criteria.
  3. Work Center is not displayed

Cause

The work center is not maintained in any routing, therefore it is not considered in the Manage Work Center Capacity app.

Resolution

For the Work center to be displayed in Manage Work Center Capacity app, the work center must be part of a routing.

Please make sure that the missing work center is part of a routing, otherwise, assign the work center to a routing.

Please also click on the user name, go to the "App Settings" and make sure that there is AOR (Area of Responsibility) maintained.
