2934216 - Error "No authorization for allowing release/marking in company code 1234" in 'Release Material Cost Estimates' app

When executing Marking/Release of Standard Cost Estimates in the App “Release Material Cost Estimates”, the system issues the following error message:
 “No authorization for allowing release/marking in company code XXXX”  CK438

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go into App Release Material Cost Estimates 
2. Click Marking Allowance
3. Issue Marking Allowance for one company code

Missing authorization for the user.

The required business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_IA_PRICEVAL_PC is missing.

Assignment of this business catalog to the relevant business role, followed by assignment of the business role to the user, is required.

For further analysis of missing authorizations, the app “Display Authorization Trace” can be used to trace and identify authorization issues.
