Symptom

You get an Unknown Error when trying to integrate SAP Customer Checkout (CCO) with SAP Customer Checkout manager (CCOm), SAP Business One integration framework (B1if) or any other backend system. The CCO error log shows:

CheckConnection has thrown exception, unwinding now

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
