Symptom
This article describes the steps on how to address the captcha issue 'ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key' on Email Job to a Friend.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to External Career site > Choose any job > Email Job to a Friend.
- In the Captcha Part - Confirm you are not a robot, you will see "ERROR for site owner: Invalid domain for site key"
Note: Disabling captcha in Manage Recruiting Settings does not disable the captcha in this feature.
Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings > Career Site > Disable CAPTCHA on the External Career Site for Account Creation.
From KBA 2082087: It is not possible to disable CAPTCHA on Email Job to Friend - it is a universal feature due to security implications of having a text field available when sending Email Job to Friend.
Cause
ReCAPTCHA V2 keys need to be created or redeployed for the Data Center.
Resolution
Create a Support Case and request Support to create an Operations ticket.
