2934582 - Setting Past Due Date on Copied Requisitions - Recruiting Management

Symptom

This article describes the requisition issue on being able to create a requisition with past due date on Copy Existing Requisition.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Requisitions.
2. Click on 'Create New' requisition.
3. Select 'Copy Existing Requisition'.
4. Search and pick any requisition from the list to copy.

Option 1: On the right side, there is an ACTION option > then Copy. There will be a pop up presented and you will have the ability to change the due date to a past date.

Option 2: On the lower right side, clicked on the 'Copy Selected' button, you will see the typical requisition creation landing page with the job title, due date, hiring manager, and recruiter. In this page, you will have the ability to change the due date to a past date.

5. Create Requisition.
6. Requisition will be created with a Due date in the past.

Resolution

This is an escape defect that is scheduled to be fixed in b2011.

Impact: It will not hinder the requisition approval in the route map, however, the to-do list for recruiting approval will show as no due date.
