2934595 - "The hdbsql connection is not possible. Check if the database is online" during PREP_INSTALL/SHDUNINST_DB_PREP Phase in SUM

When performing the PREP_INSTALL/SHDUNINST_DB_PREP Phase in the Software Update Manager Tool - SUM, an error is encountered:

"The hdbsql connection is not possible. Check if the database is online"

• SUMLOG > HDBOPOUT.cmd log file displays the following error message:

* -10709: Connection failed (RTE:[89006] System call 'connect' failed, rc=10061:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it (worker*_hostname_ip_address:port))

• A check of the hdbuserstore list displays the subordinate* node host as the KEY for the shadow instance - UPGSHDKEY
