When adding Assessment on Item the Assessment Title is not being populated and the assessment type is changing from Exam to PQE Assessment

Select the Assessment ID and notice that the Assessment Title is not populated

Notice also that the Assessment Type is being set to PQE Assessment instead of Exam.

Locale set to labels in the LMS system can affect how things are displayed on the UI.

What is happening is an expected behavior.

I. Assessment Title

This is really not being populated. As mentioned on our help guide for Assessment Title, type a name that helps users identify the nature of the assessment when adding the Assessment in an Item:

II. Assessment Type

If there are changes on the locale of the Assessment Type then what will be displayed on the UI is the locale that is set.

The Label ID for the Assessment Type in the Online Content page is data.cbtmoduletype.Exam.In this case the English locale set for this label is PQE Assessment which is why that is being displayed.

What ever locale is dislayed that is what will be displayed (based on the admin's locale preference).
