2934675 - Actual Quantity Missing; Enter Actual Quantity

Actual quantity missing; enter actual quantity message displayed in Post Goods Receipt screen while trying to add a sub-item.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center. 
2. Navigate to the Purchase Order view. 
3. Search for the relevant purchase order and choose the Post Goods Receipt button. 
4. In the Post Goods Receipt screen select one line item and choose the button Add Sub-Item.

System displays the above message.

This message is introduced in SAP ByDesign 2005 release so as to make sure that quantities are entered in the Actual Quantity field before Sub-Item is added. This helps avoid inconsistencies in the quantity being entered to each sub-item
