2934705 - Picklist is showing blank values in Personal Data Collection for external user - Onboarding

• Picklist is showing No Value in Personal Data Collection for external user.
• When the a hiring manager to process the task in Personal Data Collection page, picklist values are visible to manager with full permission. 
• Picklist value external user visibility issue.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. In Google Chrome, try to load the page as external user
2. Press F12 which will open a Developer Tool page
3. Go to Network Tab
4. Look for picklist on the right section
5. Picklist values appear here that means values are present, but UI does not visibility.

Solution 1:

1. Go to admin center-->Import and Export Data-->Select Picklist-Values from first dropdown and click export 
2. Extract the zip file
3. Open the file Picklist-Values.csv 
4. Update the value in the file and Zip the file again 
5. Import it back 

Solution 2:

If values are present here but still not visible, then it will require a manually update the visibility through External User Visibility tool.
